Note: Registration for AMCIS 2010 will open on May 3, 2010.

The registration fees are in US Funds only. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members. New and/or renewing membership fees are included in the conference fees.

The conference fees include attendance at all conference sessions and exhibits; conference lunches and refreshment breaks; the Welcome Reception; and the social event.

Guest tickets are available for both the full conference and the evening events. The guest full conference package includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to the evening events. A la carte Guest tickets for the Welcome Reception and Social Event will be available as well for an additional fee during the registration process or purchase them at the conference.

• Passport requirements:

It is strongly advised that all visitors to Peru have passports. This facilitates entry into the country and entry back into the visitor’s home country.

• Visa requirements:

Traveling to Peru only requires a valid passport. Citizens of countries of the Americas (except Cuba), countries of the European Union, South Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia do not require visa. The citizens of other countries will request a tourist visa in the Consulate of Peru in their respective country. To determine if you need a visa go to:

Request for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule: received by June14, full refund less $25 administrative fee; received by July 26, full refund less $50 administrative fee; cancellations received by the AIS headquarters on July 27, or later will not be accepted and the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Substitutions for current AIS members are permitted.
